The semiconductor industry has undergone significant transformation in the past 30 years, along with the shift in the primary applications from mainframe computers to PCs and then mobile devices.
I believe that my continuous involvement in cutting-edge technology development in this environment is attributed to my curiosity and commitment to learning, growing, and embracing change. Also, there are important principles that I still hold dear in product development and commercialization. These include (1) satisfying our customers, (2) striving for world-leading technology, and (3) timely output.
Given that our global business encompasses not only Si semiconductors but also MEMS, compound semiconductors, and other areas influenced by global trends, we must always be prepared for change.
However, our mission to contribute to society through the provision of excellent products backed by technology remains unchanged.
We are committed to adapting to any environmental changes and maintaining a solid management foundation that can sustain our contributions to society. With unwavering dedication, we will continue to strive for further growth as an excellent company that can endure and make a lasting impact.
